On 18 June 2001, Universal Music re-released the eight albums that make up the ABBA catalogue. Each CD includes bonus tracks, usually singles and B sides, from the relevant era. See the tracklistings here. The new CDs have updated artwork using original artwork parts (rather than scans of previous issues), and the booklets feature photographs from the time each album was recorded, with new notes by Carl Magnus Palm.
In a perfect world (which, of course, it's not), every previously released and/or publicly performed ABBA song would be included.
This is my idea for what bonus tracks should have been added to the remastered CDs. It includes on a minimum number of CDs every released ABBA song and alternate versions, plus a few "fantasy" inclusions of unreleased songs. Benny & Björn's Lycka album is included, as it is an important stepping stone in the development of ABBA.
